Design Process
We strive to make our design process as seamless as possible
We walk you through every step of the way to make this experience memorable and fun. After all, this is your home! Ultimately, we build your house, but only you can make it your home.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Sit down with our team and tell us your ideas and goals. We will collect all of your thoughts and look through different plans to find what inspires you. We will then start drafting the initial plan of your home.
Step 2: Plan Review
At this stage, you will review the drafted blueprints with our design team and make adjustments and additions as needed. We will also go over your electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning placements. Additionally, we will review the layout as well as the details of your plan to ensure that your desires and expectations are met.
Step 3: Interior Design
This is the part where you can put your special, unique touch on your home. You will meet with our in-house designer at our amazing showroom. It has everything you need to make your selections. Our designer will guide you through the entire process and help your visions become a reality.
Step 4: Finalize Plan
We will review the final details of your plan inside and out. We will then analyze the budget and timeline of your home and answer any questions you may have. From here on out, our project manager will be your point of contact and will help guide you through the construction process of your home.
Step 5: Initiate Construction
Your plans will be submitted in order to obtain permits and prepare for breaking ground. You will receive a timeline schedule of the construction process and get updates on the progress of your home.
Step 6: Final Walk-Through
After the completion of your home, we will do a final walk-through before closing. At the closing, you will obtain your keys and will be able to move in the same day! Finally, we can say, “Welcome Home!”
